I have begun an informal guide to the restaurants in central pennsylvania (pa). These are restaurants that I have been to and can comment on from experience. They tend to be the ones that my foodie nature gravitates to. I update these as I return for meals. The more dollar signs in each listing, the more it will cost to eat there.

Note: Any place I review on this blog is worth going to and will be an enjoyable night out for you. I really like good food and really really like good wine, and have traveled a bit, and generally spend a lot on eating out. Some of my food experiences include Florence, Siena, Chicago, Charleston, Baltimore, Calistoga, Sonoma, Las Vegas, Paris, Vienna, Denver, and of course New York. To get me to be impressed by service, the server needs to know the food, know about wine, and improve the experience with a good personality. Last on my list would be attentiveness, which is what most people in our area think of as good service.
